Diplomová práce v teoretické části nejdříve popisuje Průmysl 4.0. rozdíl mezi digitální transformací a digitalizací. Na základě těchto poznatků se v praktické části práce zabývá návrhem a zavedením digitální transformace v podniku ZT Metal a.s.
