Modern Management Approaches In Leading And Developing Co-workers

Abstract:

Tato práce analyzuje moderní manažerské přístupy ve vedení a rozvoji spolupracovníků. Teoretická část se zabývá rozdíly mezi řízením a vedením spolupracovníků, přibližuje vybrané techniky vedení lidí jako koučování, time management, delegování a motivace. Praktická část zkoumá jaké moderní přístupy ve vedení a rozvoji spolupracovníků preferují vedoucí pracovníci středního managementu ve středně velké tradiční firmě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyses modern management approaches in leading and developing co-workers. The theoretical part deals with the differences between managing and leading co-workers, introduces selected techniques such as coaching, time management, delegation and motivation. The practical part examines what modern approaches in leading and developing co-workers are preferred by middle management executives in a medium-sized traditional company.
