Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na činnost personálního oddělení, vedení mzdové agendy a související problematiku. Cílem práce je popsat hlavní úkoly související s nástupem nového pracovníka do společnosti a prokázat znalost výpočtu mezd. Tyto cíle práce splňuje z teoretického i praktického hlediska. Obsahuje popisy procesů i konkrétní výpočty mezd a odměn za vykonanou práci. Samostatným okruhem výzkumu je i analýza vzdělávání zaměstnanců a srážek ze mzdy. Výsledek analýzy vzdělávacího systému ukazuje na poměrně nízkou motivaci zaměstnanců se samostatně vzdělávat a zdokonalovat své dovednosti. V oblasti srážek ze mzdy je výzkum zaměřen na komparaci změn v jejich provádění a ujasnění nejdůležitějších problematických postupů z praktického hlediska. Na základě získaných výsledků lze v závěru této práce najít určité možnosti a doporučení pro konkrétní společnost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the activities of the HR department, payroll administration and related problems. The goal of this thesis is to describe the main tasks connected with entering a new employee to the company and demonstrate the calculation of wage. These goals my thesis meets the theoretical and practical aspects. It contains descriptions of the processes and specific calculations of wages and rewards for performed work. Separate range of research is an analysis of employee education and salary deductions. The result of analysis of the educational system shows a relatively low motivation of employee to self-educate and improve their skills. In the range of payroll deductions is the research focused on comparing the changes in their implementation and making the most important problematic procedures clear from a practical aspects. On the base of obtained results it is possible to find some options and recommendations for a particular company in the end of this thesis.
