Abstract:

Kontakt s kulturou má významný podíl na utváření identity dítěte, tedy vědomí o tom, kdo jsem a kam patřím. Nezastává-li úlohu předávání prvků tradiční lidové kultury rodina, tak je na místě, aby jej doplnila škola. Výzkum ukázal, jak významná je role osobnosti učitele. On je tím, kdo prostřednictvím vlastních životních postojů, hodnotových norem a vzorců chování, ale i přístupem k folkloru ovlivňuje způsob předávání jevů lidové kultury. Pokud nastává situace, že ani škola nevyužívá prvků lidové kultury, je možným zdrojem folklorní soubor a jeho vedoucí – choreograf. Výzkum zaměřený na Horňácko, region ležící v jihovýchodním cípu Moravy a na jeho významné pedagogické osobnosti od konce 19. století do současnosti ukázal, že to byli právě učitelé, kdo stál u společenských změn v regionu, poukazoval na nutnost vzdělání, ale i vyzýval k uvědomění si hodnot folkloru, inspiroval ke vzniku festivalů i se sám věnoval činnostem folklorního hnutí. Překládaná disertační práce Role školy a pedagogů v transmisi lidové kultury na Horňácku se opírá o studium historických archivních pramenů a tištěných pramenů. Byla také věnována pozornost archivům škol a obecních úřadů, obecním a školním kronikám, rodinným archivům, ale i místním regionálním periodickým tiskům a obecním zpravodajům. Velkým zdrojem informací se stal archiv Národního ústavu lidové kultury, kde je uložena pozůstalost Zdenky Jelínkové a etnologické výzkumy ze 40.–90. let 20. století. Bylo rovněž čerpáno z beletrie regionálních spisovatelů a učitelů, která posloužila jako srovnávací materiál při posuzování existence dětských výročních obyčejů. Dalším zdrojem poznání byly vlastní zkušenosti a autopsie. Výzkum se zaměřil také na dotazníková šetření a rozhovory se současnými vedoucími dětských folklorních souborů a vedoucími, kteří dlouhá léta v této pozici působili. Analýza zjištěných dat odhalila jejich vztah k regionu, zařazování prvků lokální lidové kultury do výuky ve škole, způsob práce s tradičním materiálem i jeho přenesení do choreografií dětských folklorních souborů. Zásadním zjištěním bylo, že jsou to právě vedoucí souborů, kteří v současnosti ovlivňují existenci dětských výročních obyčejů v prostředí komunity, a tak prostřednictvím své role pedagoga dětského folklorního souboru ovlivňují a vrací zpět do života komunity často zaniklé jevy tradiční lidové kultury.

Abstract:

Contact with culture plays a significant role in the formation of the identity of a child, i.e. the awareness of who they are and where they belong. If the family does not play any role in transmitting the elements of traditional folk culture, this role should be adopted by school. Research has shown how important the role of a teacher is. Through their own attitudes to life, value-related standards, patterns of behaviour and also through their approach to folklore, teachers are the ones who influence the way folk culture is handed over. If school does not use any elements of folk culture either, a folklore ensemble and its leader – choreographer – becomes a possible source.Research focused on Horňácko, a region located in the south-east tip of Moravia, and its impor-tant pedagogical personalities from the late 19th century until today has shown that teachers have accompanied the social changes in the region, poin-ted out the need for education, urged people to appreciate the values of folklore, inspired the organization of festivals and were engaged in the acti-vities of the folklore movement.The present dissertation thesis The Role of School and Teachers in the Transmission of Folk Culture in the Horňácko Re-gion is based on the study of historical archived sources and printed sources. Attention has also been paid to the archives of schools and municipal authori-ties, municipal and school chronicles, family archives, as well as to local regio-nal press and municipal announcement journals. The archive of the National Institute of Folk Culture, where the works of Zdenka Jelínková and ethnologi-cal research materials from the 1940s–1990s are stored, was a great source of information. Fiction by regional writers and teachers was another source which served as a comparative material for assessing the existence of chil-dren's annual customs. The author’s own experience and autopsy served as yet another source of knowledge. The research also focused on questionnaire surveys and interviews with current leaders of children's folklore ensembles and leaders who used to have this role for many years in the past. The analy-sis of the obtained data revealed the relationship of the data to the region, the inclusion of elements of local folk culture in teaching at school, the way of working with the traditional material and its implementation into the choreo-graphy of children's folklore ensembles. The fundamental finding was that the existence of children's annual customs in the community environment is in-fluenced by the leaders of folklore ensembles. Through their role of teachers in folklore ensembles they influence the often extinct phenomena of traditio-nal folk culture and bring them back to the life of the community.
