Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na reengineering systému pro správu elektronických statistických šetření. Práci jsem logicky rozčlenila do dvou základních bloků. První část práce se zaměřuje na popis a vysvětlení sféry statistických šetření. Postupně přechází na zpracování trhu tohoto odvětví a konkurence.
