Tato práce se zabývá metabolismem bakterie Paracoccus denitrificans, v teoretické části shrnuje poznatky o propojení aerobní a anaerobní respirace (denitrifikace) a o její regulaci. Praktická část přináší výsledky experimentální práce, při které byly mutantní kmeny s pouze jednou terminální oxidasou inkubovány spolu s divokým kmenem v aerobním a anaerobním prostředí. Abstract:
This thesis deals with metabolism paths of Paracoccus denitrificans. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge about connection between aerobic and anaerobic respiration (denitrification) and its regulation. In experimental part were researched the mutant strains of P. denitrificans. These strains contain only one of three terminal oxidases.
