Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou pracovní spokojeností nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků pracujících v intenzivní péči. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsána teorie a problematika pracovní spokojenosti a pracovní motivace, vzájemné vztahy na pracovišti, ale také komunikace mezi zaměstnanci. This thesis deals with the current job satisfaction of non-medical health workers working in intensive care. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theory and issues of job satisfaction and work motivation, mutual relationships in the workplace, but also communication between employees.
