Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu prosazování morálky politikou. Téma je pojato jako konflikt mezi teoriemi konzervatismu a liberalismu, který byl poprvé spatřen v debatě mezi (liberálem) H.L.A. Hartem a (konzervativcem) Patrickem Devlinem na přelomu 50. a 60. let 20. století. This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of an enforcement of the morality through politics. This theme is embraced as a conflict between theories of conservatism and liberalism, which was first spotted in a debate between (liberal) H.L.A.
