Teoretická část vymezuje základní teoretické pojmy související s cyklistickou dopravou a způsoby podpory a regulace cyklistické dopravy v České republice. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu cyklistické dopravy v řešeném území. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic terminology related to the cycling and ways of support and regulation of cycling in the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the situation of cycling in the region. The SWOT analysis follows and it assesses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
