Témou bakalárskej práce je vymenovanie orgánov obchodných spoločností a ich celkové pôsobenie v spoločnostiach. Jedná sa o Akciovú spoločnosť, Komanditnú spoločnosť, Spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným, Verejnú obchodnú spoločnosť . Práca oboznamuje s podstatou, ktoré orgány tvoria jednotlivé spoločnosti.
