The object processing the thesis is segmentation of bank customers. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical delimination of the problem in terms of the valid Act on Banks. Predmetom spracovania bakalárskej práce je segmentácia klientov banky. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie problematiky v zmysle platného zákona o bankách. Pozornosť je venovaná segmentačným kritériám a charakteristike jednotlivých segmentov.
