Abstract:

Zpracování bakalářské práce se týká tématu Komunikace jako klíčový prvek v budování vztahu mezi učitelem a rodiči žáka střední školy. Je to jeden z primárních článků, při vzdělávání a dosažení úspěšného a společného cíle. Stává se tak nedílnou součástí, při vytváření partnerského vztahu mezi školou a rodinou žáka střední školy. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy komunikace, pedagogická komunikace, sociální, verbální i neverbální. Zmínka bude i o dostupných komunikačních platformách. Bakalářská práce představuje tuto otázku v obecné rovině nejen při komunikaci, ale i vzájemné spolupráci. Cílem praktické části na základě dat z dotazníku je pokusit se zjistit, jakou zkušenost mají rodiče při komunikaci a spolupráci se střední školou, popřípadě co v „partnerském“ vztahu postrádají a co by naopak uvítali.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of communication as a key element in building a relationship between a teacher and the parents of a high school student. Communication is described as one of the crucial elements of high school pupils' education. It thus becomes an integral part of creating a partnership between the school and the family of a high school student. The theoretical part clarifies the concepts of communication, pedagogical communication, social, verbal, and nonverbal. An observation of available communication platforms is discussed. The aim of the practical part, based on the data from the questionnaire, is to try to find out what experience parents have in communicating and cooperating with the high school, what they lack in a "partnership" relationship and what improvements would be welcomed by them.
