Nursing Process for the Patient after Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se jmenuje Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta po aortokoronátaním bypassu. Práce je koncipovaná teoreticko-prakticky. Teoretická část se zabývá v první řadě ischemickou chorobou srdeční, její charakteristikou, etiologii a patogenezí, klinickým obrazem, diagnostikou a léčbou. Druhá kapitola je věnována kardiochirurgii. V této kapitole je popsána chirurgická léčba ischemické choroby. Poslední úsek teoretické části se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty, rozdělenou na předoperační, perioperační a pooperační obdobní. Praktická část této práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem po aortokoronárním bypassu. Nejprve byl popsán případ 62 letého pacienta s onemocněním tří tepen indikovaného k aortokoronárním bypassu. Dále byl posouzen celkový stav pacienta, poté stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle, navrženy intervence a zpracována jejich realizace a zhodnocení. V závěru práce jsou navržená doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis is called “Nursing Process for the Patient after Coronary Bypass Graft. The concept of the thesis is theoretical-practical. The theoretical part mainly focuses on ischemic coronary heart disease and its characteristics. It also focuses on the disease’s etiology, pathogenesis, clinical structure, diagnosis, and treatment. The second chapter is devoted to the area of cardiac surgery. This chapter describes the cardiac treatment of the ischemic coronary heart disease. The last part of the theoretical section targets the principles of medical care of patients. The treatment of patients suffering from the ischemic coronary heart disease has three parts: the pre-surgery part, the surgery part, and the post-surgery part. The practical section of this thesis examines the nursing process of a patient who underwent an aortocoronary bypass. First, the thesis introduces a 62-year-old patient suffering from a coronary heart disease. The patient’s condition required an aortocoronary bypass. Next, the overall condition of the patient was examined, and the patient underwent a complete medical check. Based on the results, the next steps were determined along with goals, plans, and desired outcomes. The last part of the thesis focuses on practical recommendations.
