Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním úrovně motorických schopností u dětí druhého stupně základních škol na okrese Mělník. První, teoretická část práce popisuje základní východiska pro studium a testování motorických schopností. Definuje motorické schopnosti a dovednosti a pojednává o ontogenezi staršího školního věku. Dále informuje o teorii a současných metodách testování motorických schopností, včetně dosavadních výzkumů dané problematiky. Druhá část práce představuje výzkum předloženého tématu. Ten byl realizován pomocí vybraných testů testové baterie Unifittest (6-60). Vybrané testy byly provedeny u žáků druhého stupně základních škol na okrese Mělník s cílem zjistit aktuální stav motorické výkonnosti. Výzkumná část dále interpretuje výsledky motorického testování, jejich analýzu a následné vyhodnocení předložených hypotéz včetně doporučení do praxe. Celkem bylo testováno 287 žáků ve věku 11 až 14 let ze šesti základních škol. Ze skupiny jedenáctiletých žáků dosáhlo podprůměrného hodnocení 63,41 % a nadprůměrného pouze 19,51 %, u dvanáctiletých žáků dosáhlo podprůměrného hodnocení 50,62 % a nadprůměrného pouze 27,16 %, u třináctiletých bylo podprůměrných 31,08 % žáků a podobná část žáků dosáhla nadprůměrného hodnocení a to 33,78 % z testovaných. Žáci ve věku čtrnácti let byli z 40,22 % podprůměrní a z 26,09 % nadprůměrní.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the testing of lower secondary school children in the Mělník district. The first, theoretical portion of the thesis describes the basis necessary for the study and testing of motor skills. Within, the term "motor skills" is defined and the ontogeny of the lower secondary school age is discussed. Further, the thesis informs about the theory and contemporary methods of motor skill testing including the existing research done in the field. The second portion of the thesis presents the research of the topic present. The research was realized using certain tests from the "Unifittest" test battery (6-60). The chosen tests were carried out with lower secondary school pupils in the Mělník district and were meant to assess the current level of motor abilities. The research portion of the thesis further interprets the gathered data, their analysis and the final evaluation of the presented hypotheses, including practical advice. There were 287 pupils aged 11 to 14 tested in total from 6 elementary schools. From the 11 year old group, 63.41 % of examined children tested below average and only 19.51 % tested above average, in the 12 year old group, 50.62 % tested below average and only 27.16 % above average, in the 13 year old group, 31.08 % tested below average and 33.78 %, a similar percentage, tested above average. Fourteen year old pupils were below average in 40.22 % of cases and above average in 26.09 % of the cases.
