Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů implementace Nařízení EP a Rady EU 2019/1157 do českého právního řádu a praxe na oddělení pobytu cizinců, jejich zhodnocením a navržením možných řešení v legislativní, organizační a personální oblasti. This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the effects of REGULATION (EU) 2019/1157 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the Czech legal system, practice during dealing with foreigners, evaluation of these effects, and recommending improvements in legislative, organization, and human resource fields.
