Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Tato diplomová práce na téma „Vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve zdravotnictví s využitím e-learningu“ se zaměřuje zejména na zhodnocení současného vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve zdravotnictví a následný návrh oblastí, kde by se e-learning mohl dále uplatnit vzhledem k omezeným možnostem zdravotnických profesí absolvovat certifikované kurzy během pracovní doby. První část práce popisuje trendy obecného celoživotního vzdělávání zaměstnanců a následně se zaměřuje na distanční formy. Druhá část práce je zaměřena výhradně na vzdělávání ve zdravotnictví, a to jak získávání odborné způsobilosti, tak celoživotní vzdělávání, které je mimo jiné reprezentováno Institutem postgraduálního vzdělávání ve zdravotnictví. Třetí část práce je zhodnocením současného využívání e-learningu a vlastním návrhem jeho dalšího využití ve vzdělávání ve zdravotnictví. Závěr práce shrnuje poznatky popsané v práci a zhodnocuje naplnění cíle práce.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT This thesis „Training healthcare workers using e-learning” is mainly focused on evaluation of current education of healthcare staff and then suggests areas, where e-learning could be used due to limited possibilities for healthcare workers to complete certified courses during their normal working hours. The first part of this thesis describes trends of general lifelong learning for employees and then focuses on distance learning forms. The second part of this thesis exclusively focuses on education in healthcare and how to acquire proficiency and also lifelong learning promoted by the Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education. The third part evaluates current use of e-learning in health education and gives suggestions for further use of e-learning in healthcare The conclusion of this thesis summarizes its findings and evaluates how it has met its targets.
