Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje institutu předžalobní výzvy v českém právním řádu a tematice bezprostředně související. Práce vychází z jak české právní úpravy, tak právní úpravy zahraniční pro účely komparace. This master's thesis deals with the pre-litigation demand letter and topics closely related. The thesis is based on both Czech legislation and foreign legislation for the purpose of comparison.
