Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou franšízingu a je zaměřena zejména na vztahy mezi franšízanty a franšízory a výkonnost franšíz. Jejím cílem je objasnit, jakým způsobem ovlivňují vztahy mezi franšízanty a franšízory výkonnost jednotlivých franšíz a zároveň jakým způsobem jsou vztahy ovlivněny dosahovanou výkonností. The thesis is focused on franchising and specifically the relationship between franchisees and franchisors, and franchise performance. The aim of this research is thus to clarify how the franchisor-franchisee relationship affects franchise performance and concurrently how franchise performance affects the relationship.
