The Adaptation procedure of the Fire Rescue Brigades Members in the Czech Republic

Počet slov základního textu: 23.299 Tématem práce je najít odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která zní:„Jak sjednotit vstupní informační základnu nových příslušníků Krajského operačního a informačního střediska HZS Ústeckého kraje v rámci adaptačního procesu?“ Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V teoretické části je adaptační proces jako součást širšího celku řízení lidských zdrojů rozdělen na orientaci pracovníka v organizaci, pracovní výcvik, sociální adaptaci a psychologickou adaptaci. V každém z jednotlivých témat adaptace jsou řešeny její náležitosti a součásti při správné realizaci. Adaptační proces je doplněn didaktikou vzdělávání dospělých pracovníků, kde se řeší příprava a průběh učení nového zaměstnance v adaptačním procesu. Metodologická část práce popisuje volbu výzkumné strategie, stanovuje výzkumný vzorek a způsob jeho výběru, popisuje přípravu výzkumu, určuje a operacionalizuje dílčí výzkumné otázky. Jsou zde vymezeny techniky sběru dat a způsob vyhodnocení výzkumu. Ve třetí, empirické části jsou analyzovány odpovědi respondentů, provedeny závěry a doporučení k dílčím výzkumným otázkám. V závěru práce je na základě shrnutí jednotlivých doporučení odpovězeno na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a uvedeny hlavní podpůrné argumenty.

Number of the main text words: 23.299 The subject of this paper is to find the answer for the main research question, which is: „How to unitize the information basis for the new members of the Regional operations and information centre of FRS of Ústí nad Labem Region?“ The paper is divided into the three parts. In the theoretical part the adaptation process, like the part of the broader human resources management, is divided into these sections: worker's orientation in the organisation, working training, social adaptation and psychological adaptation. In each of these subjects, the components and proprieties of the right adaptation realisation are tackled. The adaptation process is filled out with the didactics of the adult workers education, where the preparation and procedure of the new worker's schooling in the adaptation process is solved. The methodological part of the paper describes research strategies, sets the research sample and the method of its selection, describes the researching preparation, settles partial research questions and their solving process. The techniques of data capture and the method of the research evaluation are qualified here. In the third, empirical, part, the respondents answers are analyzed, the conclusions and recommendations for the partial research questions are set up. In the end of the paper, on the basis of the particular recommendations summary, the main question is answered and the main promotive arguments are named.
