Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá japonskou strategií Kaizen. V teoretické části je popsán systém a koncepce této strategie a následně je práce zaměřena na charakteristiku metody 5S. Analytická část se zabývá představením společnosti Mila Brno, spol. s r. o., analýzou jejího současného stavu a rozborem jednotlivých pracovišť. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou stanoveny návrhy řešení

Diploma thesis is focused on the Japanese strategy Kaizen. In the theory part, it explains the system and conception of the strategy and conception of the strategy and method of 5S. Analogous part is an introduction of Mila Brno, company s r. o., analyses of the current status of the company and individual work station. Based on the findings there are proposals of the solution
