Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na otázku uznávání států z pohledu mezinárodního práva, jakož i z pohledu mezinárodní praxe. The bachelor thesis deals with a theory and practice of creation and recognition of states. Theoretical part is concerning mainly on statehood and theory of recognition.
