Solution for the Implementation of Fire Prevention in a Selected Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení požární ochrany staveb a možností jejího využití k zamezení vzniku požáru a jeho šíření. Práce obsahuje dvě části. První se zaměřuje na literární rešerši v oblasti požární problematiky od základní terminologie, přes historii vzniku požární ochrany a prvních požárních jednotek, legislativu až po popis požáru a hoření samotného z pohledu rozdělení, forem, fází, příčin vzniku, zjišťování příčin a jeho hodnocení. Druhá oblast je již zaměřena specificky na problémy vzniku požárů v organizaci na zpracování dřeva. Je zde posuzován aktuální stav požárních opatření a na nedostatky je navrhnuto nápravné požární opatření. To je vloženo do projektu a dále zkoumáno z pohledu Cost-Benefit analýzy, která představuje posouzení přijatelnosti projektu a stanovení možných variant řešení. Na závěr jsou propočteny kriteriální ukazatele, na základě nichž jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky projektu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of fire protection of buildings and the possibilities of its use to prevent the occurrence of fire and its spread. The work contains two parts. The first focuses on literary research in the field of fire issues from basic terminology, through the history of fire protection and the first fire brigades, legislation to the description of fire and burning itself in terms of division, forms, phases, causes, identification and evaluation. The second area is already focused specifically on the problems of fires in a wood processing organization. The current state of fire measures is assessed here and corrective fire measures are proposed for deficiencies. This is inserted into the project and further examined from the point of view of Cost-Benefit analysis, which represents an assessment of the acceptability of the project and the determination of possible solutions. Finally, the criterion indicators are calculated, on the basis of which the results of the project are evaluated.
