Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na projevy imunopatologických mechanismů na sliznici dutiny ústní, které jsou způsobeny kovy (např. nikl, kobalt, rtuť, titan, platina) obsaženými v dentálních náhradách. A také se zabývá obrannými reakcemi imunitního systému proti těmto prvkům, dále uvádí metody vhodné ke sledování imunopatologických projevů intolerancí daných kovů.Abstract:
The work focuses on the manifestations of immunopathological mechanisms of the oral mucosa caused by metals (e.g. nickel, cobalt, mercury, titanium, platinum) contained in the dental replacement. And also deals with defensive reactions of the immune system against these elements, it also shows appropriate immunochemical methods for the determination of the metals.
