Abstract:
Tématem disertační práce je problematika řízení dodavatelských vztahů. Autor prezentuje základní pojmy, vývoj dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů, procesem hodnocení dodavatelů, pojednává o právní rovině dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů aj. V závěru jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení aplikovatelná v dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztazích.
Abstract:
The dissertation thesis is focused on management of supplier relationships. The author presents basic concepts, development of supplier-customer relations, supplier evaluation process, the legal level etc. The conclusion formulates specific recommendations applicable in supplier-customer relationships.
