Poukazuje na základní aspekty nezaměstnanosti žen a analyzuje její možné příčiny vzniku a trvání. Účast v rekvalifikačních kurzech, poradenských programech a dalším vzděláváním je šance k rychlému návratu na trh práce a otevření nových možností seberealizace
Abstract:
It refers to basic aspects of unemployment of women and analyze possible cause of origin and duration. Participacion in retraining schemes, vocational counseliing, further training is chance of quiek reintegration into the labour market and opening new possibilities of self- fulfillment
