Company Culture in the Chosen Banks

Abstract:

Anotace Cíl bakalářské práce Pro analýzu v této bakalářské byly vybrány dvě významné instituce na českém bankovním trhu. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání etických kodexů dvou zvolených bank a standard české bankovní asociace. Dále se zaměřuje na průzkum rozdílů v názorech zákazníků na klientský přístup vybraných bank jako indikátora kvality firemní kultury. Použité metody Úvodní obecně pojatá část slouží jako základ pro vymezení názorů na firemní kulturu a její řízení. Na základě různě pojatých firemních kultur v pracích českých i zahraničních autorů jsou pak uvedeny úvahy o složkách kultury a metodách k jejímu posilování a změně. (viz. kap. 1) Chceme-li účinně zmapovat úroveň firemní kultury konkrétní banky, musíme provést analýzu jejích etických kodexů s Etickými kodexy Bankovní asociace Praha a Standardy bankovních aktivit. Na základě provedení analýzy všech složek, můžeme posoudit odchylky od daných pravidel České Bankovní asociace. (viz. kap. 2) Jako ukazatelé kvality firemní kultury byly využity průzkumy spokojenosti zákazníků metodou dotazníkového průzkumu. Pro metodu sběru dat bylo využito písemné dotazování klientů vybraných bank. Velikost vzorku pro každou analyzovanou banku byla 10 dotazníků. (viz. kap. 3)

Abstract:

Annotation Aim of the Bachelor thesis For analysis in this Bachelor thesis have been chosen two significant institutions in Czech market of banks. Aim of this thesis is comparison of ethical codex of two chosen banks and standard of Czech Banking Association. Also it focused to research of the differences in opinion of customers on client access of selected banks as an indicator of the quality of corporate culture. Used methods Introductory part which is generally conceived serving as a basis of defining views to the corporate culture and its managing. On the base of differently conceived corporate culture of Czech or foreign authors works are also given considerations of culture factors and methodic to its strengthening and change. (s. chap. 1) If we want explore level of a particular bank corporate culture, we have to analyze their ethical codex in compare with ethical codex of Prague Bank Association and standards of banking activities. On the base of carried out analysis of all components we can consider deviations from given rules of Czech Banking Association. (s. chap. 2) As indicators of the quality of corporate culture were used researches of customer satisfactions by using questionnaire survey. For collecting data method was used written questioning to the clients of chosen banks. Sample size for each analyzed bank was 10 questionnaires. (s. chap. 3)
