Práce se zaměřuje na balíkový trh v České republice, konkrétně na jeho konkurenční pojetí se zaměřením na Českou poštu, s. p.. Práce se zabývá podrobným popisem jednotlivých balíkových služeb u vybraných operátorů. Tyto popisované balíkové služby jsou následně mezi sebou porovnávány podle jednotlivých hledisek. The work focuses on the parcel market in the Czech Republic, namely its competitive approach focused on the Czech Post, state enterprise. Thesis deals with the detailed description of each parcel services with selected operators. These described parcel services are then compared with each other according to the individual aspects.
