Jako téma své diplomové práce jsem si zvolila nájem prostor určených k bydlení. Cílem této práce je analýza platné právní úpravy nájmu prostor určených k bydlení. Vymezení problémů, které se mohou po dobu trvání nájmu vyskytnout a to především z hlediska pronajímatele. První kapitola se věnuje vymezení pojmu nájmu bytu a domu podle občanského zákoníku. As the topic of my diploma thesis, I chose to rent space intended for living. The aim of this work is to analyze the current legislation on the lease of space for housing.
