Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí ve vztahu k dětem v pozici oběti i násilníka. Na začátku práce definuje domácí násilí obecně, podrobněji pak ve vztahu k dětem s důrazem na rodičovskou odpovědnost a popisuje vývoj právní úpravy v této oblasti. This thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence regarding children, both in the position of the victim and the perpetrator. At the beginning, the thesis defines general aspects of domestic violence, explores aspects with relation to children in further detail, emphasising parental responsibilities, and describes development of the legal regulations in this area in the Czech Republic.
