The Project of Increasing Employee's Satisfaction in Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce je provést analýzu současného stavu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě a na základě této analýzy navrhnout projekt, který by měl vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce se zabývá průzkumem literárních rešerší z různých zdrojů, které následně budou sloužit jako podklad pro praktickou část diplomové práce. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu pomocí průzkumu interních dokumentů, rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky analýzy odhalily nedostatky v nízké informovanosti zaměstnanců, nespokojenosti s vedením oddělení, nedostatku motivace a nespokojenosti s celkovou atmosférou ve firmě. Na základě zjištění z teoretické části a analýzy je navržen projekt, který obsahuje navržené aktivity s cílem zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. Navrženými aktivitami jsou zavedení pravidelných porad, proškolení vedoucích zaměstnanců v manažerských dovednostech, zavedení teambuildingové akce a zavedení hodnotících pohovorů. Celý projekt je podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on employee satisfaction in a selected company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current state of employee satisfaction in the selected company and based on this analysis to design a project that should lead to increased employee satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the research of literary searches from various sources, which will then serve as a basis for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part, an analysis of the current situation is performed by means of a survey of internal documents, interviews and a questionnaire survey. The results of the analysis revealed shortcomings in the low level of information of employees, dissatisfaction with the management of the department, lack of motivation and dissatisfaction with the overall atmosphere in the company. Based on the findings from the theoretical part and analysis, a project is proposed that contains the proposed activities to increase employee satisfaction in the selected company. The proposed activities are the implementation of regular meetings, training of managers in managerial skills, the implementation of a teambuilding event and the implementation of evaluation interviews. The whole project is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis.
