Abstract:
U 50 až 60 % lidí s roztroušenou sklerózou dochází ke kognitivnímu deficitu, který může výrazně ovlivňovat kvalitu života jedince. Kognitivní rezerva patří k již známým protektivním faktorům před působením neurodegenerativních procesů a to jak u roztroušené sklerózy, tak i například u Alzheimerovy demence a Parkinsonovy choroby.
