Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá stářím, patofyziologickými změnami organismu seniorů, specifiky ve farmakologii, farmakokinetice, farmakodynamice, možnými lékovými interakcemi. The diploma thesis deals with the old age, pathophysiological changes of the elderly organism, specifics in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, possible drug interactions.
