Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifika spolupráce a komunikace mezi školou a rodinou žáka z prostředí sociální exkluze. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se komunikace, spolupráce, rodiny a sociální exkluze. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu. Ke sběru dat byla použita metoda focus group, která byla vedena s pedagogy a rodiči žáků z prostředí sociální exkluze. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují rozdílné pohledy obou stran a zdůrazňují význam důvěry, otevřeného dialogu a vstřícnosti školy

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of cooperation and communication between the school and the family of a student from a social exclusion environment. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to communication, cooperation, family and social exclusion. The practical part is based on qualitative research in the form of focus groups with teachers and parents of pupils from a social exclusion environment. The results show the different perspectives of both sides and underline the importance of trust, open dialogue and school friendliness.
