Kobaltité komplexy pre hypoxiou riadený transport biologicky aktívnych látok
Cobalt(III) complexes for hypoxia-activated drug delivery.
Abstract:
Hypoxiou riadený transport biologicky aktívnych zlúčenín komplexmi kobaltu v oxidačnom stave III, ktoré sú vďaka svojim redoxným a kinetickým vlastnostiam schopné dopraviť bioaktívny ligand do nádorových buniek, kde sa ligand uvoľní. Cieľom tejto práce bolo nasyntetizovať a charakterizovať Co(III) komplexy s tetradentátnymi Schiffovými bázami (H23,5Cl-salen a H2nalen) a dichlóracetátovým (dca-) bioaktívnym …moreAbstract:
The hypoxia-activated drug delivery is associated with cobalt complexes in oxidation state III which, due to their redox and kinetic properties, are capable of transporting the bioactive ligands to the cancer cells, where they are released. The object of this work was to synthesize and characterize Co(III) complexes with tetradentate Schiff bases (H23,5Cl-salen and H2nalen) and dichloroacetate (dca …more
