Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickým plánováním při zavádění nového výrobního pro-cesu ve firmě PROTEOR CZ s.r.o. Tento projekt, který začal v roce 2016, měl nahradit stávající výrobu pozitivních modelů za výrobu pomocí CAD/CAM technologie. This thesis deals with the strategic planning during the installation of the new production process in the company PROTEOR CZ s.r.o. This project, which began in 2016, was supposed to replace existing production positive models with CAD/CAM technology.
