Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná dusičnanům v balené vodě. Teoretická část je zaměřena na koloběh dusíku v přírodě, zdroje dusičnanů, vliv dusičnanů na lidské zdraví a výskyt dusičnanů ve vodě a v potravinách. Dále jsou zde popsány stanovené požadavky pro pitnou a balenou vodu a přehled laboratorních metod, které slouží ke stanovení dusičnanů ve vodě. Bachelor thesis deals with nitrates in bottled water. The teoretical part describes nitrogen cycle in nature, nitrate sources, nitrate effects on human healthy and the presence of nitrates in water and food.
