Nursing Proces of the Patient after Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta po aortokoronárním bypassu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na 3 kapitoly, první kapitola se zabývá patofyziologií onemocnění srdce, diagnostikou, klinickým obrazem, dále je zaměřena na akutní a chronické formy ICHS. Druhá kapitola se zabývá aortokoronárním bypassem, léčbou invazivní a neinvazivní u ICHS, také jsou zde zahrnuty pooperační rizika a komplikace u pacienta po CABG. Ve třetí kapitole je větší pozornost věnována všeobecným sestrám na kardiochirurgickém oddělení a jejich úlohám, jsou zde popsána specifika ošetřovatelské péče před a po operaci. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány režimová opatření, životospráva, rehabilitace, lázeňská léčba a edukace pro pacienta. Praktická část podrobně popisuje ošetřovatelský proces u konkrétního pacienta po aortokoronárním bypassu dle koncepčního modelu Marjory Gordon. To vše se souhlasem daného pacienta a zdravotnického zařízení, na kterém sběr informací probíhal. Konečnou fází bakalářské práce tvoří diskuze, doporučení pro praxi a závěr.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the nursing process for a patient after aortocoronary bypass surgery. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter deals with the pathophysiology of heart disease, diagnosis, clinical presentation, and focuses on acute and chronic forms of ischemic heart disease (IHD). The second chapter addresses aortocoronary bypass surgery, invasive and non-invasive treatment for IHD, as well as postoperative risks and complications for patients after CABG. The third chapter pays greater attention to general nurses in the cardiac surgery department and their roles, describing the specifics of nursing care before and after surgery. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes regimen measures, lifestyle, rehabilitation, spa treatment, and patient education. The practical part provides a detailed description of the nursing process for a specific patient after aortocoronary bypass surgery based on the conceptual model of Marjory Gordon, with the consent of the patient and the healthcare facility where the information gathering took place. The final phase of the bachelor's thesis consists of discussion, recommendations for practice, and conclusion.
