Abstract:

Předložená disertační práce se zabývá popisem degradačních procesů v elektroizolačních strukturách, které jsou implementovány do statistických, fyzikálních a statisticko-fyzikálních modelů stárnutí pro odhad zbytkové životnosti. Úvodní teoretická část se zabývá základními aspekty problematiky modelů stárnutí, které jsou rozděleny na fyzikální, statistické a fyzikálně-statistické modely. V další části práce je popsán navržený model tepelného stárnutí respektující mezní hodnotu vlivu degradačního faktoru, který je založen na fyzikálním principu. Model vychází z předpokladu, že při nízkých úrovních vlivu degradačního faktoru stárnutí téměř neprobíhá a uvnitř elektroizolačních systémů probíhá odlišný degradační mechanizmus, než popisují prozatímní modely. S tímto modelem úzce souvisí návrh metody pro odhad mezní hodnoty vlivu degradačního faktoru pomocí pravděpodobnostního modelu. Disertační práce se dále zaměřuje na implementaci modelů stárnutí, které jsou založeny na fyzikálním principu do modelů statistických. Zde je prezentován navržený pravděpodobností model s využitím tepelného stárnutí, který odstraňuje nevýhodu výpočtu pravděpodobnosti doby do poruchy pro proměnnou intenzitu vlivu degradačního faktoru. V závěru je prezentován postup získávání aktivačních energií po dosažení mezní hodnoty vlivu degradačního faktoru elektroizolačních kapalin.

Abstract:

This dissertation thesis deals with the description of electroinsulating systems in view of lifetime using models of aging. The theoretical part deals with fundamental aspects of aging models, which are divided into physical, statistical and physical-statistical models. In following text is presented the developed model that respect the threshold value of influence of temperature on aging of electroinsulating systems and it is based on a physical principle. The model is based on the assumption that aging at low levels of the degradation factor almost does not occur. Another assumption is that before reaching the threshold value of the degradation factor occur different degradation mechanisms. This model is closely related to a method for the estimation of threshold value of the degradation factor using probability model. Thesis is also focused on the implementation of models of aging that are based on the physical principle in to the statistical models. Here it is presented developed probability model using the thermal aging, which obviates the disadvantage of calculating the probability of time to failure of the variable intensity of the degradation factor. The description of electroinsulating systems using the activation energy and the process of its determination is presented at the end of this thesis.
