Copyright law in the system of theater
Abstract:
Téma práce se věnuje historii a vývoji právní úpravy autorského práva v českých zemích, přesahy právního systému do ostatních oblastí práva v divadelnictví, jakož i rozdílu divadelních představení a koncertování. Uzavírá se pak snahou o rolišení soukromých divadel a divadel ostatních a v závěru se uvažuje de lege lata a de lege ferenda stran licencí a převodů práv.

My thesis does not claim to present an exhaustive description and assessment of the current state of copyrights in Czech theater. It examines and maps out particular areas, describing situations where standard practices do not entirely correspond to current legislation, and is even so bold at times to disagree with lawmakers in cases where practical experience could provide a suitable guideline for …more
