Analysis of competitivness of the hotel and restauration Koníček
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je návrh opatření vedoucích k posílení aktuální konkurenční pozice Hotelu a restaurace Koníček. Ke splnění cíle práce byla provedena finanční analýza, PEST analýza a SWOT analýza. Na základě dosažených výsledků byla navržena doporučení v oblasti finanční, ubytovací, stravovací a personální, a byla provedena formulace marketingové strategie.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is proposal of arrangements to strengthen the current competitive position of the Hotel and restaurant Koníček. To meet the goals of this work was carried out financial analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results were proposed recommendations in the area of finance, accommodation, catering and staffing, and has made the formulation of marketing strategy.
