Cílem této diplomové práce je zdokumentovat problematiku překladu kultury a zmapovat systém tzv. signature konceptů a koncepci holistického překladu kultury, jež vychází z knihy s názvem Enlarging Translation, Empowering Translators z roku 2007 od Marie Tymoczko. The aim of this diploma thesis is to document the topic of translation of culture and investigate the framework of “signature concepts” and the concept of holistic approaches to translating culture, as outlined by Maria Tymoczko in her 2007 book titled Enlarging Translation, Empowering Translators.
