The perception of time under the influence of psychoactive substance

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé práce je především vylíčit vnímání času pod vlivem psychotropních látek, se zvláštním důrazem na THC. V úvodu mé práce se zaměřuji na to, jak se vyvíjelo vnímání času, a jak různě můžeme vnímat čas i dnes. Věnuji se tomu, jak se vnímání času pod vlivem drog liší, od jeho uchopení většinovou společností. V terénním výzkumu mi šlo především o pochopení vnímání času a světa z pohledu uživatelů psychotropních látek. Zjišťovala jsem, jak se pod vlivem psychotropních látek, mění jejich vnímání nejen času, ale i to, jak reflektují okolí a sami sebe pod vlivem drog. V závěru jsem se zaměřila na to, jak zážitky, které mají informátoři po konzumaci psychedelik, utváří hodnoty a životní postoje, které nyní zastávají.

Abstract:

The main target of my thesis in particular is to show perceiving of time under influence of psychotropic substances, with special focus on THC. In the beginning of my thesis I focused on how was the development of perceiving of time how differently we can perceive the time even today.I put one´s mind on differences how the time is perceive under influence of drugs and how the time is understand by majority of people. In field research I tried to understand how users of drugs perceive time and even the World. I investigated not only time perceiving but how the reflect their neighbour and reflection of themselves under drug influence. At the close of my thesis I focused on experience of the contact people after consuming some psychedelic, creation of values, life stand point for which they stand for. _____________________
