Analysis of eating habits between Armenian and Czech cuisines

Abstract:

BELOUSOVA, Lianna. Analýza rozdílů ve stravovacích zvyklostech arménské a české kuchyně. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, spol. s r.o. Praha: 2019. 52 stran. Gastronomie obecně je významným faktorem a součástí kulturních tradic uvedených zemí, zahrnuje všechny vrstvy obyvatelstva podle jejich finančních možností a podle prostředí, kde tyto skupiny obyvatelstva žijí. Tomuto odpovídá také celkový historický a společenský vývoj, kterými gastronomie dané země charakterizují. Cílem předložené práce je porovnání arménské a české kuchyně a v návaznosti na ní pak provedení komparativní analýzy. V práci se zaměříme na arménskou a českou kuchyni, prozkoumáme Vánoce a Velikonoce v Arménii, a dostaneme se tak i ke specialitám daných zemí. V práci prozkoumáme nejzávaznější zjištění, které se týkají odlišností, ale i podobností technologie a způsobu přípravy pokrmů a jídel. Z hlediska metodologie práce jsou využity analytické a komparativní metody, které jsou založeny na souboru odborných zdrojů, tuzemských i zahraničních. V souvislosti s arménskou kuchyní tak budu pracovat zejména se zahraničními internetovými zdroji, jež jsou uvedeny v seznamu použité literatury v závěru práce.

BELOUSOVA, Lianna. Analysis of Eating Habits Between Armenian and Czech Cuisines. [Bachelors Dissertation]. The Institute of Hospitalitz Management In Prague 8, Ltd. Prague 2019. 52 Pages. The work is the theoretical evaluation of Armenian and Czech cuisine and in depent of it the comparative analysis. In general gastronomy is an important factor and cultural traditions, all layers of the population according to their financial possibilities and environment where these groups. This is also the historical and social development that the country the development of gastronomy. At the thesis we in the Armenian and Czech cuisine and get to the specialities of the countries concerned. We will focused on Armenian Christmas and Easter hollidays. We will find out the similarities and differences of technology and the way of preparation of dishes and meals. From the standpoint of the methodology of the work are used by analytical and comparative methods, which are based on a set of professional resources, domestic and foreign, in connection with the Armenian cuisine so I'll be working in particular with Internet resources, which are listed in the Bibliography at the end of the work.
