Disertační práce se zabývá možnostmi preventivního vyšetření v rodinách nositelů strukturních změn, zejména balancovaných translokací. Je zaměřena na vyšetření spermií mužů - nositelů reciproké nebo robertsonovské translokace. Abstract:
This dissertation thesis is focused on balanced structural aberrations (reciprocal and Robertsonian translocations) in families of balanced translocation carriers. Meiotic segregation and chromosomal aneuploidy in spermatozoa of men with translocations were analyzed by fluorescent in situ hybridization.
