Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsána stávající právní úprava jednotlivých možností skončení pracovního poměru. V praktické části práce jsou poté poznatky v rámci problematiky skončení pracovního poměru doloženy praxí v konkrétním podnikatelském subjektu a rovněž proveden přehled způsobů a důvodů skončení pracovních poměrů v podniku v posledních …more
Abstract:
The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the current legislation of employment resignation for each particular case. In the practical part, identified data are backed up by employment resignation in a company and also an evidence of ways and reasons for employment resignation in this company recently is reported.
