Breast cancer screening in the Moravian-Silesian Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rizikovými faktory vzniku karcinomu prsu, pozornost je také věnována výskytu karcinomu prsu, ať už ve světě nebo v České republice. Stěžejní část této bakalářské práce zaujímá sekundární prevence karcinomu prsu ? mamografický screening. V praktické části se zabývám sestavením hypotéz a vytvořením a vyhodnocením dotazníku, který se týká screeningu karcinomu prsu ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava. Dotazník obsahuje sedm otázek a ptám se v něm především na to, co ženy přimělo mamografické vyšetření podstoupit, kde se o mamografickém screeningu dozvěděly a proč se rozhodly pro Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava. Všechny dotazníky jsem statisticky zpracovala a vyhodnotila.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with risk factors of breast cancer. Attention is paid to the incidence of breast cancer in the Czech Republic and worldwide. The thesis puts emphasis on the secondary prevention of breast cancer ? screening mammography. Practical part presents the results of questionnaire action among screening mammography patients in the University Hospital Ostrava. The questionnaire contains seven questions and focuses on motivation of patients to undergo the evaluation in this center. All questionnaires were evaluated and processed statistically.
