Práce analyzuje hypoteční úvěry a úvěry ze stavebního spoření a objasňuje problematiku výběru těchto finančních produktů k financování vlastního bydlení. The thesis analyses mortgage loans and building savings loans and it clarifies problems of choosing these financial products by financing own housing.
