Rozvod manželů s nezletilými dětmi se mi zdá velmi aktuální a určitě i kontroverzní. Každý člověk na něho mívá svůj vlastní názor. Přesto se rozvod manželství stal v současné době relativně běžnou záležitostí. Abstract:
Divorce of a marriage with children is wounding for each participant, especially for a children. The ratio legis and the purpose of the legal adjustment of the divorce of a marriage with infant children prefer the protection of the childs interests.
