Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium konformačního chování amyloidu β, který je tvořen v průběhu Alzheimerovy choroby. V první teoretické části této práce je souhrn dostupných znalostí o amyloidu β a cholinergními systému. K symptomatické léčbě Alzheimerovy choroby se využívá takrin a 7-methoxytakrin působící terapeuticky tím, že inhibují cholinesterasy a zvyšují tak hladinu acetylcholin. Choliesterasa …more

This diploma thesis is focused on the study of conformational behavior of amyloid β, which is created during Alzheimer's disease.
