Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se rozhodla sumarizovat problematiku hypotečního úvěrování v České republice s přihlédnutím zejména k problematice získávání hypoték cizinci. Tato práce by měla být návodem, který pomůže k lepší orientaci na trhu hypoték.
Abstract:
I decided to give an outline of the field of mortgage crediting in the Czech republic in my thesis. Primarily, I took into consideration the issue of taking out mortgages by foreigners. This thesis should serve as a guideline which is intended to help the reader in better orientation on the mortgage market.
